Balsamic Asparagus and TomatoPrint Recipe
- 1 pound of asparagus
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ small onion diced
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper
Remove asparagus ends then cut into bite size. Slice cherry tomato.
In large skillet heat oil over medium heat add onions and garlic. Let sauté.
Add asparagus let cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and balsamic vinegar continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
