Ingredients

  • 2 cup pancake mix
  • 3 bananas (2 smashed and 1 sliced)
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • ½ cup walnuts halves
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Maple syrup

Pancakes

Mix milk and smashed bananas

Mix pancake mix and cinnamon then incorporate with banana mixture

Take 4 walnut halves and grate them into the pancake batter

Cook pancakes over medium heat for 2 minutes per side.

Topping

Crush remaining walnuts

Toast walnuts over medium heat for 5 minutes

Add butter and syrup

Once butter has melted remove from heat
