Blackened Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 pound fillet (cut into 4-5 fillets)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

Cover fillet with seasoning. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

In a large frying pan. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Place filet skin side down. Cook 3-4 minutes.

Flip fish over cook for 5 minutes.

Cover with a top. Let finish cooking for 5-6 minutes.
