Breakfast Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 6-8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Buns

Instructions

Heat large griddle pan over medium to high heat. Cook bacon until crispy, remove, and set aside.

Mix seasonings. Season burger patties on each side and add to the same pan.

Cook on each side for 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Cook a few more minutes for well done.

Add cheese right before taking out of the pan. In a separate pan, heat oil of low to medium heat.

Crack eggs into the hot oil. Salt and pepper if you like. Cook for 1- 2 minutes then flip eggs.

Toast buns. Stack and serve.

Also try with ground turkey.
