Cauliflower Veggie TacosPrint Recipe
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Taco sauce (optional)
- Cilantro (optional)
- Taco shells
Place cauliflower in a food processor, pulse until you have finely chopped texture.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add cauliflower, water, and seasoning. Mix well. Cook for 10 minutes
Cook taco shells according to box directions.
