Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken stock

Preheat oven 350.

Season chicken.

In an oven-safe skillet heat oil over medium high heat.

Place chicken skin side down and sear for 5 to 10 minutes until skin is brown.

Place oven for 45 minutes.

Remove chicken. Melt butter, whisk in flour, cook for 2 minutes. Slowly add whisk in chicken stock.

Add chicken and cover with gravy. Serve.
