Ingredients

  • 8 slices of Challah bread
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

In a shallow dish mix eggs, milk, and sugar.

In a separate bowl add shredded coconut.

Dip each slice in egg mixture then coconut.

In a nonstick skillet over medium heat cook each slice for 3-4 minutes per side.
