Corn Salsa with cilantro lime juice

Ingredients

  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 15-ounce can of corn (rinsed & drained)
  • 1 lime zest & juiced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Heat oil over medium heat, sauté corn for 5 minutes.

In a medium mix all ingredients.

Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
