Easy Mac and CheesePrint Recipe
- 8 ounce elbow noodle
- 2 cups sharp cheddar (shredded)
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil noodles until al dente (according to box directions).
In a separate pot melt butter over medium heat, add flour let cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Whisk in milk. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cheese (save part of sharp cheddar to sprinkle on top).
Drain and add noodles to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30-35.
