Fried Mac & Cheese BallsPrint Recipe
- 2 cups leftover macaroni and cheese
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 cup plain planko breadcrumbs
- 3 cups vegetable oil (enough for frying)
- 2 eggs
Spoon mac & cheese into balls. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
Beat eggs. Mix breadcrumbs.
Dip balls into egg mixture and then breadcrumb mixture. Evenly coat each ball.
Heat oil over medium heat
Fry balls a few at a time until golden brown. 3-4 minutes.
