Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 diced apples
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

Break/chop off ends of green beans.

Over medium heat add oil and cook green beans for 10 minutes. (For more tender beans cook a little longer).

Add cranberries, apples, and walnuts. Cook for 5 minutes.

Dress with your favorite vinaigrette.
