Herb Red PotatoesPrint Recipe
- 1 pound red potatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
Clean potatoes with a wet paper towel.
Dice potatoes into same size pieces this will ensure even cooking.
Cover potatoes with oil, herbs, & salt.
In large skillet heat medium heat.
Cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
