Honey Ginger CarrotsPrint Recipe
- 3 cups of diced carrots
- 2 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoon of honey
- ⅓ cup of water
- Dried parsley for garnish (optional)
In a sauce pan add water and carrots.
Let cook for 10 minutes until carrots soften.
Once carrots are soft add honey and ginger.
Let simmer for additional 5 minutes.
Top with parsley for garnish.
