Salmon with lemon butter sauce

Lemon Butter Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

Season salmon with salt and pepper.

Set oven to broil. Place salmon on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

In a saucepan over low-medium heat. Melt butter, add lemon juice and zest. Let simmer for 2 minutes and then add parsley.

Once salmon is done cover in lemon butter sauce. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use extra lemon slices for presentation.
