Ingredients

  • 2 thick 1 pound Ribeye steaks
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagies rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Thinly slice the steak

Slice peppers and onions

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat

Add oil

Sauté onions & peppers for 5 minutes

Add steak add salt and pepper

Continue cooking for 7 to 10 minutes

Add salt & pepper.

Add cheese. Cover skillet to help melt cheese

Place into a hoagie roll

Notes

Cooking Tip: Place steak in the freeze for about 20 minutes to making slicing the steak easier.
