Pumpkin PancakesPrint Recipe
- 2 cup pancake mix
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream (optional)
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then incorporate together to make batter.
Over medium heat cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle additional pumpkin spice.
