Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 rosemary stems
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Create marinade zest lemon and juice 1 lemon, slice 2nd lemon, oil, salt, chop rosemary. Let chicken marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
