Bacon and Chive EggsPrint Recipe
- 4 eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/8
- 3 thick slices of bacon
- ½ cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon chopped chives
Cook bacon until crispy and then chop.
Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and chives.
Cook eggs over low to medium heat. Add cheese and bacon at halfway mark.
Cook until desired texture. (For me it was 3 minutes).
