Shredded Brussels SproutsPrint Recipe
- shredded brussels sprouts
- ½ cup diced pancetta
- 2 garlic cloves - minced
- Diced onions
- ¼ cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet over medium heat cook pancetta until crispy 5 to 7 minutes
Add shredded brussels sprouts and water. Cover.
Create a well in the middle of the skillet add onion & garlic.
Let the onions & garlic sauté in the middle.
Stir to incorporate all ingredients.
