Strawberry Balsamic French ToastPrint Recipe
- French Toast
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup cream
- 6 thick slices of challah bread
- Balsamic Topping
- 1 pint strawberries (divided)
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 ½ tablespoon sugar
Cover half the strawberries with sugar.
As strawberries start to break down add the balsamic vinegar.
Cook together for 10 minutes.
Mix the eggs & milk.
Soak bread in the egg mixture.
Heat griddle to low to medium heat, melt butter.
Cook each slice 1-2 minutes per side.
