Turkey Meatball SpaghettiPrint Recipe
- 1 pound turkey Italian sausage
- ½ pound ground turkey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon olive
- 1 8 ounces can diced tomatoes
- 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except tomatoes and sauce).
Use a spoon to scoop into balls. Makes approximately 14 meatballs.
Heat oil over medium heat. Brown meatballs on each side.
Add tomatoes and sauce. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to box directions.
Top spaghetti with meatballs and sauce.
