Ingredients

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 hoagies rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Slice veggies.

Sauté onions & pepper in oil over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add mushrooms & Worcestershire. Cook for 10minutes.

Add salt & pepper.

Add cheese.

Place into a hoagie roll.
